Why do Christians sometimes seem so adversarial toward higher learning, criticism, and reason?
Some learned voices on how it all started, what it all means, and when it will ever end. When all Christian forms of reason are banished from these spheres a priori, then by definition Christians must find their general output objectionable.
Of all the contributions to the symposium, it is David B. Hart’s that I find myself most in agreement with.

All right, I admit a few of the statements were somewhat poetically formed. And it does have a certain rhythm to it. It’s not a poem, though, just a rant that’s slightly poetic at some points. I’ll go that far. 🙂
